What kind of warranty do I have on my products?
All our products come with a 100-day manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us at info@graysonandhale.com and we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
Which countries do you ship to, and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide. Our typical delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, plus 24 hours for processing. Shipping is 100% free – no matter the destination.
Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Hangzhou, China. From there, we deliver to customers around the globe.
How can I track my order?
Approximately 24 hours after placing your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note: tracking typically becomes active 48–72 hours after shipment. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Can I return my order if I don’t like the product?
Yes – we offer a 30-day return policy. You can return your product within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Returns are sent back to China, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
I haven’t received an order confirmation – what should I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation within one hour of your purchase, check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, please reach out to us at info@graysonandhale.com and we’ll resend the confirmation.
I made a mistake in my shipping address – what now?
If you made a mistake, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@graysonandhale.com with “WRONG ADDRESS” in the subject line. This helps us locate and update your order quickly. After 2 hours, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any changes.
Why does my order still say “unfulfilled”?
If your order is marked as “unfulfilled,” it means it’s still being processed. Once it’s packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and the status will change to “fulfilled.”

Can I cancel my order?
No – once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you’re welcome to return the product after delivery under our 30-day return policy. Please note that return shipping is at your own expense.
